1 General Rules

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between users of the 33ook platform (www.33ook.com) and the company operating 33ook. By using the website or mobile app, or by creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or banking details is strictly prohibited.
• Your account username and password must be kept strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
• 33ook may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

If you need to update any information after registering, please contact our support team. Changes to your name, date of birth, or national ID number will require official supporting documents.

3 Betting Policy

The following betting rules apply on 33ook at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• 33ook reserves the right to change odds at any time. Odds changes after a bet is confirmed do not affect that bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• 33ook reserves the right to void any bet accepted due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
• Professional athletes, team officials, or anyone directly involved with an event are not permitted to place bets on that event.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, payment may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transaction rules for 33ook:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 and the maximum deposit limit is ৳5,00,000 per day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Full account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. No withdrawals will be handled without it.
• To withdraw after receiving a deposit bonus, you must first meet the specified wagering requirement.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

33ook is not responsible for any bank fees or mobile banking charges. Service provider charges may apply at the time of transaction.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Key terms and conditions for bonuses and promotions at 33ook:

• Each bonus offer has its own terms — please read the relevant conditions before accepting any offer.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered members only and can be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. You must complete the required rollover before becoming eligible to withdraw.
• 33ook reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. For bonuses already in progress, any portion already earned will be retained.
• If bonus abuse or a breach of terms is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

6 Lottery Rules

The following rules apply to the use of 33ook's lottery services:

• Lottery tickets are non-refundable once purchased. The ticket price is deducted from your account balance and held until the draw is complete.
• Lottery draws are conducted through an automated and impartial process. All draw results are final and no appeals will be accepted.
• Prizes not claimed within 72 hours of winning may be forfeited.
• For large prizes (above ৳1 lakh), additional identity verification may be required.
• If a draw is cancelled due to a technical issue, the ticket price will be refunded.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

33ook may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If a false identity or forged documents are used.
• For operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• For misconduct towards other members or 33ook staff.
• To close your account at your own request, please contact our support team.

Upon account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, though it may be held while an investigation is ongoing.

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Control

33ook takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every member to enjoy the platform in a healthy and enjoyable way.

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: You can enable an automatic betting stop once your losses exceed a set amount.
• Time Limit: You can set a daily limit on how much time you spend on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Account time-outs are available from 24 hours up to 6 months.
